Are you being bullied, harassed or discriminated against at work – or maybe something just doesn’t feel right? There are some things you can do to document what's happening and help us get the best possible outcome for you.
Keep a diary recording any incidents, conversations or messages - including phone calls, text messages and emails - around your concern.
Get a copy of any documents - make sure you get as much as you can in writing, including (where relevant) rosters, warning letters and similar things
Speak to your union rep and make sure they attend any meetings with you. You're always allowed to take a union representative into meetings with your manager or boss.
