Reports from ABC and Fairfax have revealed that Pizza Hut franchisees are using sham contracts to pay delivery drivers as little as $12 per hour - and Domino's aren't doing much better.

Employing delivery drivers using “contractor agreements” allows Pizza Hut to avoid providing entitlements like petrol allowances, sick leave or superannuation – all of which Pizza Hut employees are entitled to.
